In this pivotal role, the Tax Principal will oversee tax provision processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with external providers. This position is ideal for someone with a CPA and 8-12 years of experience, particularly those with a background in public accounting. You'll have the opportunity to streamline processes and integrate technology and data management solutions, making a significant impact on the company's future.
Base pay range $155,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Review and sign off on tax provisions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and external providers.
Lead process improvements and technology integration for enhanced efficiency.
Manage and own the tax provision and compliance processes.
Ideal Candidate
Holds a CPA with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
Possesses strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.
Comfortable with Power BI, Snowflake, and advanced Excel formulas; Alteryx experience is a plus.
Eager to learn and grow, with the ambition to advance within the company.
