About the Role A leading global investment firm is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join its Corporate Finance Group, supporting the end-to-end Accounts Payable function for its global management company. This role offers hands‑on exposure to invoice processing, financial data verification, cross‑functional collaboration, and operational accounting across multiple business units and international offices. The firm fosters a high‑performance culture, emphasizing accuracy, attention to detail, ownership, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Process, review, and validate third‑party invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Manage all aspects of the AP workflow, including receipt of invoices, verification, audit procedures, approvals, and payment execution.
Partner closely with the Accounting and Reporting Team to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
Research and resolve inquiries related to invoices, payment status, and accounting policies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Tax, as well as external service providers.
Support audit processes and assist with operational accounting reviews.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives within the Corporate Finance Group.
Key Qualifications
3–5 years of accounts payable or accounting operations experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Workday, AppZen, or Tableau is a plus.
