Our team provides our clients with gap assessments as well as design and implement processes to facilitate asset and liability management, funding and liquidity planning and stress testing, and capital management. You’ll help build tools that enable our clients to efficiently utilise capital and liquidity resources, consistent with regulatory expectations.

As a member of the Risk & Regulatory Advisory team, you will advise financial institutions on a broad range of credit risk management topics including organization and governance; credit process optimisation; risk rating model design, build and implementation; credit regulatory assessments; and Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) process and tools. You will work on a team evaluating, designing, and implementing credit risk strategies to support our clients in addressing key market challenges.

Business Administration/Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Accounting

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Extensive experience in credit risk management, including credit process redesign, underwriting, risk rating frameworks, commercial credit risk methodologies, CECL and IFRS 9 knowledge, use of credit tools and regulatory guidance.

Desired Skills & Experience

Leveraging knowledge of a wide range of commercial and retail loan types, including C&I, CRE, ABL, Leasing, Project Finance, Leveraged Lending, fund financing.

Operating successfully as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs; preparing, coordinating, and delivering complex written and verbal materials.

Supervising teams to create a strong atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, and coaching staff.

Demonstrating thorough ability to communicate project goals, status, and deliverables, building consensus and presenting standard industry practices.

Salary & Benefits The salary range for this position is:

$99,000 - $232,000 , plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. A range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location.
