Base pay range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year.

EnFin is a financial services company that provides financing for residential solar PV and energy efficiency upgrades. Through its extensive dealer network, EnFin offers consumers a variety of loans and third‑party owned products to make the purchase of an energy system more affordable. As a Senior Analyst on the Capital Markets team, you will help execute transactions across the capital stack—including equity, debt, and tax equity—working with investors, managing deals, and modeling cash flows.

Responsibilities

Raise capital to fund the growth of EnFin’s residential TPO business.

Assist in deal execution with JV, debt, and tax equity investors.

Develop presentation materials for investors.

Assist asset‑management team in preparing borrowing requests and executing tranche sales.

Work with third‑party appraisers, insurance providers, and independent engineers.

Perform recurring and ad‑hoc analysis to support senior team members.

Build and maintain complex project finance and tax equity models.

Review and comment on JV, debt, and tax equity legal documents.

Maintain close linkage between capital costs and market pricing.

Teach and instill best practices for junior team members.

Required Qualifications

Passion for renewable energy and rooftop solar adoption.

Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, engineering or related field.

Minimum 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in project finance or structured finance at a top‑tier developer, asset manager, or investment bank.

Strong intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot independently.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables, functions, VBA).

Willingness to adopt new AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management ability.

Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced “start‑up” environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the renewable energy solar industry.

Experience building and maintaining complex project finance Excel models.

Basic understanding of consumer lending, credit underwriting, and renewable energy finance.

Experience with SQL, Python, or SAS.

At least 3 years in consumer or renewable energy finance.

Physical, mental & environmental demands: Standing 20 %, sitting 70 %, walking 10 %. Pull, push, carry, and lift up to 10 lb. Typing and handling frequently; reaching frequently; turning, twisting, bending frequently.
