About the Team Come join the Paradox team at Workday! Paradox helps organizations around the world reimagine recruitment and hiring with the first‑of‑its‑kind conversational recruiting platform. Paradox’s AI assistant streamlines tasks like screening for minimum qualifications, instantly scheduling interviews, answering common candidate questions, and more through simple, frictionless mobile‑, chat‑, and text message‑driven experiences to allow recruiting and hiring teams to spend more time with people and less time with software.
About the Role As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.
About You Basic Qualifications
3+ years of functional experience in HCM, Payroll, Financial, Benefits, Revenue, Spend, Talent, or Performance Management software solutions or systems.
3+ years of consulting experience.
Other Qualifications
3+ years of experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian, or similar applications.
Industry experience in Healthcare, Finance, or Supply Chain.
Pay Transparency Statement Primary Location: USA, IL, Chicago. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $104,500 USD – $156,700 USD. Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $94,500 USD – $167,900 USD.
