Job Details
Defend employers in employment law cases, including wage & hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
Handle cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Provide legal advice to employers regarding compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws
Draft policies, handbooks, and agreements to support employer compliance and mitigate litigation risks
Support business clients and collaborate with firm attorneys on cross-practice matters affecting employers
Qualifications
J.D. and licensed to practice in California
Minimum 3 years of defense-side employment law experience
Strong background handling PAGA cases
Proven ability to manage cases independently and provide practical compliance guidance
