The UKG practice at RSM provides consulting services to optimize and implement the entire suite of UKG solutions. We are a rapidly growing team seeking a qualified professional with a project management skillset.
In the role you will support the client’s implementation as the Lead Consultant, responsible for discovery, requirements documentation, configuration, testing support, and go‑live of the client’s UKG Pro solution.
Position Summary As a UKG Pro Senior Consultant, you will lead and support the implementation, optimization, and sustainment of UKG Pro HCM solutions. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through complex implementations and optimizations to enhance their UKG Pro solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UKG Pro implementations.
Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and design meetings with clients to understand business needs and develop solutions.
Configure UKG Pro modules such as HCM: People Center, Pay, Benefits, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Compensation, Performance.
Experience with SQL and BI preferred.
Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and optimization services.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including project managers, integration consultants, and client stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices and methodology development.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in UKG Pro implementations.
Proven experience with UKG WFM and UKG Pro implementation projects.
Strong understanding of HR systems, workforce management, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
UKG Pro Certifications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and expressions.
Primary Requirements
Strong technical HRIS knowledge.
Awareness of the importance of HR technology in supporting needs and understanding how data impacts HR and payroll technology.
Ability to effectively analyze client needs and recommend solutions.
Disciplinary approach to project delivery, including defining and tracking milestones, deadlines, testing requirements, results, and deliverables.
Strong relationship‑building skills with client contacts.
Simultaneously handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively while ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Thrives in a deadline‑oriented environment.
Demonstrates initiative as a self‑starter able to independently manage assigned portfolio of projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.

Compensation Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
