Support development of the Assets Division. This involves driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance and governance, retention and development of our client base, and growing the customer base so that the Assets team positively contributes to the growth and financial performance of the business overall.

Be a proactive team member within the Assets Team, ensuring that company culture and behaviours are always displayed.

Undertake survey work as directed by Project Manager or Lead Consultant, assist with project progress meetings, and keep the Lead Consultant/Project Manager informed of progress.

Take a senior role in projects and have responsibility for surveyors. Work collaboratively with other divisions to achieve divisional targets and present a seamless approach to clients.

Ensure the delivery of a professional and exceptional service to clients.

You’ll do it by…

Developing a network and working collaboratively with all contacts, managing and offering new business activity across the business with a focus on Bellrock Consulting services.

Attending and contributing to Asset Division CPD Meetings.

Supporting colleagues where appropriate.

Creating new and imaginative approaches to work-related issues, identifying fresh approaches and questioning traditional assumptions.

Maintaining personal motivation – committing yourself to work hard towards goals, showing enthusiasm and career commitment.

Having reasonable knowledge of the Building Surveying market, with up to 5 years direct experience.

Delivering Condition and 6 Facet surveys.

Proficient IT use to ensure deliverables can be issued in a timely manner.

Adhering to Quality Management processes.

Developing the Assets service line, working with Project Managers and the Head of Department.

Supporting other Bellrock Consulting BU’s.

Supporting and training surveyors and new staff as required.

Following industry practice and legislation to deliver competent Assets Services.

Ability to travel – UK‑wide position, some overnight stays may be required.

Working arrangements We embrace smarter working practices offering employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate will work home‑based, traveling to sites nationwide, Monday to Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm with an hour for lunch break.
