NYCEDC is seeking an attorney with experience in business structuring and financial transactions to engage in a transactional practice as a Senior Counsel within NYCEDC’s Legal Department, including program structuring and individual transactions for tax incentives, tax exempt bond financing, loans, equity investments and more. Qualifications
At least five years of post-law school legal transactional experience. New York City residence required within 180 days of hire. Annual Salary
Salary will depend on the number of years the applicant has been a practicing lawyer and will be commensurate with salaries of current NYCEDC lawyers who have been practicing for a similar length of time. Salary Range
