Your Role: Key Responsibilities
Support senior attorneys in handling creditors' rights litigation and related matters
Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and discovery documents
Appear in court on routine matters and assist with trial preparation
Conduct legal research and stay current with applicable statutes and case law
Review case files and assist in developing case strategy
Maintain case management systems and ensure accuracy of legal documentation
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under supervision
Collaborate with legal staff to meet deadlines and court requirements
Qualifications
Active California Bar license
0–3 years of civil litigation or creditors' rights experience, including recent graduates
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with legal tech systems (Cogent experience is a plus)
Occasional travel for court appearances as needed
Ability to pass a background and drug test
Schedule Full‑time | Monday–Friday | Onsite
