be California State Barred and reside in the state of California. Newly barred attorneys or attorneys who have taken the July 2025 Bar are encouraged to apply!
Abramson Labor Group seeks a highly motivated Associate Attorney to support a senior associate and a team of paralegals and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a docket of cases to resolution
Depositions: preparing clients for deposition, attending depositions, invoicing depositions
Responding to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations and moving matters toward resolution
Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls
Providing direction and guidance to non‑attorneys as needed
Team player: bringing positivity to the workplace, leading non‑attorneys by example, participating in team events, and providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients
Qualifications
Comfortable with fast‑paced work environments
Doctor's deposition experience (preferred)
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
