Our nearly 40 attorneys provide cost‑effective legal solutions and personal customer service to clients in Labor & Employment, Real Estate, Insurance Defense, Education law, Land Use, and Divorce & Family Law.
Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Labor & Employment attorney to join our team. The role offers a partnership track with mentorship, a full benefits package, 4 weeks vacation, 6 sick days, bonuses, profit sharing, and a 401(k) match.
Qualifications
J.D. and admitted in Connecticut.
6+ years of Labor & Employment experience, with preference for labor‑heavy experience.
Collective bargaining experience is a plus.
Public sector or school education law experience is a plus.
