We’re looking for an
Accounting Generalist
to support a fast‑paced, multi-brand company in Corona Del Mar. This is a
full‑time, direct hire
opportunity with a salary of up to
$85K annually .
Key Responsibilities
Handle
Accounts Payable
(primary focus) and
Accounts Receivable
(chargebacks and automated processes)
Manage
intercompany accounting
across three brands, including expense allocations and reconciliations
Prepare and post
journal entries , understand debits and credits, and ensure proper accounting treatment
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly
Assist with month‑end and year‑end
close processes
Support
financial reporting
and assist in preparing management reports
Maintain accurate records for audits and internal controls
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expenses, and other transactions
Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc reporting as needed
Continuously improve accounting processes and workflows
What We’re Looking For
Experience with AP/AR and intercompany accounting
Strong Excel skills;
NetSuite experience preferred
(training provided for other programs)
Knowledge of journal entries, debits/credits, reconciliations, and intercompany protocols
College degree
not required
Bonus: Sales and use tax experience
