HealthRIGHT 360 provides comprehensive, integrated care that includes primary medical care, mental health services, and substance use disorder treatment. Our outpatient programs are trauma‑informed and focus on individualized, strengths‑based treatment, offering individual and group therapy, case management, medication‑assisted treatment (MAT), crisis intervention, and connections to social support services.

Key Responsibilities
Assessment and Diagnosis: screen for drug and alcohol use, determine severity, interpret history and diagnostic tests, diagnose and treat associated medical conditions (e.g., HIV PrEP, Hep C, etc.)
Patient Care and Coordination: take histories, perform exams, order/interpret labs, manage advanced practice providers, collaborate with behavioral‑health teams, consult with the Director of Addiction Medicine
Treatment and Management: develop withdrawal management plans, determine level of treatment, prescribe MAT, provide opioid reversal education, support continuity of MAT
Documentation and Compliance: maintain complete records, oversee medication room audits, report findings to the Director
People Management: hire, supervise, evaluate staff; develop training and resources; schedule staffing; conduct meetings; resolve conflicts
Administrative: provide clinical supervision to the medical team, attend leadership meetings
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Psychiatry, or Emergency Medicine
Active, unrestricted medical license in California
Valid DEA license
Board certification in primary specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Psychiatry) in California
Board certification or eligible for certification in Addiction Medicine subspecialty in California
Eligibility to participate in CMS Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement programs
