Job Summary
We seek a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive, primary and preventive health care at the North Mandan Clinic. The RN utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care, coordinate care, triage, educate patients and collaborate with physicians and other inter‑professional colleagues. This role operates within the Nurse Practice Act, the Nursing Practice Standards, and the ANA Code of Ethics.
Responsibilities
Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
Coordinate interdisciplinary care and conduct triage.
Provide patient education and counseling.
Document nursing interventions and evaluate outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA); Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Current, unencumbered RN license with the state board of nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure accepted.
Ability to obtain and maintain required department‑specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.

Shift: 8 Hours – Day Shifts (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.‑5:00 p.m.)
No weekends or holidays.
Job Schedule: Full time
Weekly Hours: 32.00
Salary Range: $27.00 – $38.50 per hour
