Overview Mercy Children’s Hospital is seeking a board certified or board eligible Pediatric Hospitalist for a PRN (as needed) position to provide inpatient care on the pediatric floor, newborn nursery, and behavioral health unit in St. Louis, Missouri.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical services on the Pediatric Floor, Newborn Nursery, and Behavioral Health Unit.
Participate in seamless transition of care, focusing on quality patient care, reduced lengths of stay, and comprehensive care plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other support staff.
Support educational initiatives for university medical students and resident training.
