Join Advocate Health Care as a Physician Assistant in Neurosurgery at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, a nationally recognized Level 1 trauma center.
Base Pay Range
$53.80/hr ‑ $80.70/hr

Adaptability to a fast‑paced Level 1 trauma center environment
Collaboration with neurosurgeons, residents, and multidisciplinary teams
Critical thinking and rapid decision‑making for high‑acuity patients
Excellent communication with patients, families, and the care team
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
Requirements
Education
Master’s degree or equivalent as a Physician Assistant (required)
Experience
At least 1 year of Physician Assistant experience in a relevant clinical setting preferred
Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in EMR systems
Certifications & Licensure
Current NCCPA Certification
Active Illinois Physician Assistant License
Illinois Controlled Substance License within 6 months of hire
Eligible for DEA registration; registration required within 6 months of hire
Current BLS Certification
PALS/ACLS Certification as required by practice site
