A part‑time emergency medicine physician role at the National Wound Physician Group, offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and work‑life balance. No nights, no call, no weekend clinical responsibilities. The position focuses on wound management with cutting‑edge technologies and modalities.
Responsibilities
Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
Visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients per day.
Document clinical care at the point of care using a proprietary wound‑specific EMR.
Participate in a 6‑month wound care fellowship and ongoing training.
Qualifications
Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state where you will practice.
Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
Practice Overview
Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑4 pm (or part‑time available).
No call and no weekend clinical responsibilities.
Mobile practice: physicians visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
Paid training during onboarding plus a 6‑month wound care fellowship.
W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship available.
