What You’ll Build
As Engineering Lead, you’ll shape the architecture, scalability, and evolution of our AI-native enterprise platform. You’ll lead by designing systems, writing code, and setting technical direction.
You’ll build:
Composable AI agents that collaborate across tools and teams, managing async workflows, coordinating with humans, and escalating intelligently
Enterprise memory graph that unifies unstructured content, system metadata, and workflow history into a shared knowledge layer for agents and humans
Multi-agent orchestration layer with secure, role-aware execution and collaboration logic
Reinforcement-based agents that learn from outcomes, feedback, and telemetry to improve performance over time
Governed, secure interfaces that make AI adoption safe, compliant, and scalable inside real organizations
You’ll set engineering standards, build and mentor the team, and make key architectural decisions that define how enterprises operate with AI at their core.
What You’ll Bring You’re a builder, a leader, and a systems thinker who turns ideas into scalable reality.
You might be a fit if you have:
8+ years in enterprise software, AI systems, or platform engineering
2+ years of leadership or staff-level experience guiding teams or architecture
Strong grounding in system design, distributed systems, and API architecture
Practical experience with AI workflows, agent orchestration, and LLM-driven automation
Comfort deploying and scaling on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
A track record of shipping complex systems end-to-end
Building configurable platforms or low-code tools
Consulting or client-facing engineering work
A degree in CS, AI, or equivalent hands‑on experience
