The practice is community-focused, aiming to enhance access to psychiatric care in the local area. The PMHNP has five years of clinical experience and is adept at working within collaborative models, ensuring smooth communication and minimal administrative burden for the collaborating physician.
The practice will initially operate on a part-time basis, approximately 5–8 hours per week, with potential for gradual expansion based on patient demand. The PMHNP plans to maintain conservative prescribing practices, with a limited number of patients on controlled substances and minimal ADHD cases.
We are looking for a psychiatrist who is flexible and supportive, willing to work with an adjustable monthly collaboration fee starting at $300, with increases tied to patient volume growth. This role offers:
