Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth

Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI solutions across payer, provider, and life sciences segments

Own revenue targets and pipeline performance at a portfolio level, ensuring consistent growth and profitability

Establish performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability across the sales organization

Partner with senior executives to shape commercialization strategies, pricing models, and scalability plans

Team Development & Management

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of AI solution sales professionals

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Provide coaching and enablement to ensure consultative selling excellence and deep client engagement

Executive Client Engagement

Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite leaders navigating AI-driven transformation

Lead executive-level discussions to articulate the business impact of AI in clinical, operational, and financial contexts

Oversee key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion

Market Intelligence & Innovation

Monitor competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and regulatory trends to inform strategic decisions

Influence product roadmaps through market insights and client feedback

Champion adoption of enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with product, engineering, and delivery leaders to ensure solution readiness and operational scalability

Drive alignment between sales, marketing, and commercialization teams for unified execution

Support enterprise-wide initiatives to expand AI capabilities and accelerate market penetration

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in leading enterprise sales organizations, preferably in SaaS, platform, or services-based solutions

Experience in commercializing emerging technologies, including pricing, packaging, and scaling AI solutions

Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, payer/provider dynamics, and digital transformation strategies

Familiarity with AI concepts (eg, NLP, predictive analytics, automation) and ability to translate them into business outcomes

Proven solid executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a wide range of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $90,000 to $195,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
