Role Description The Food Service Director is responsible for overseeing food service operations and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for clients and guests. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising food preparation, controlling costs, handling budgeting and P&L management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This full-time role requires on-site presence at the location in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will lead and develop their team, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver high-quality food and beverage services.

Qualifications

Experience in Food Service and Food Preparation, with a thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

Proficient in Food & Beverage management with the ability to ensure consistent quality and service

Strong skills in P&L Management and Budgeting to manage resources and achieve financial goals effectively

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and build positive client relationships

Prior experience in hospitality, food services, or restaurant management is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is a plus
