This position offers an exciting opportunity to help establish and grow oncology services on the brand-new AdventHealth Minneola campus, serving the expanding South Lake County community. Opportunity Highlights
Full-time, employed position with AdventHealth Medical Group Brand-new facility at AdventHealth Minneola (part of the AdventHealth Cancer Institute network) Outpatient focus with access to inpatient support as needed Multidisciplinary collaboration with tumor boards, radiation oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, and subspecialists Access to advanced therapies including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, and imaging Participation in 175+ clinical trials annually with full research support EPIC electronic medical record system Competitive compensation and benefits package, including relocation assistance and CME support Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (Hematology training preferred, but not required) Eligible for Florida medical license Current, valid BLS and ACLS certifications Fellowship-trained preferred Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care About Our Team
