Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Executive Director role based in Tulsa, OK. The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations of the senior living community to ensure the highest quality of care and satisfaction for residents and their families. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, promoting a positive and engaging environment, overseeing budgets and financial performance, and working to develop and implement programs that enhance the lives of residents. Additionally, the Executive Director will lead in creating meaningful relationships with staff, residents, families, and the local community.

Qualifications

Management and Leadership: Proven skills in team management, organizational leadership, decision‑making, and the ability to inspire and motivate employees.

Healthcare and Senior Living Expertise: Familiarity with senior care practices, regulatory compliance in senior living facilities, and an understanding of assisted living or memory care services.

Communication and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.

Budget and Operations Management: Experience in managing budgets, financial operations, and overseeing facility processes to meet goals and maintain overall efficiency.

Adaptability and Problem Solving: Ability to adapt to changing needs and resolve challenges effectively to ensure a safe and positive environment for residents and staff.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in senior living management or a similar field is strongly preferred.
