Role Description We are seeking a full time Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our Brooklyn, NY facility. This is an on-site role that requires a strong operational leader who can drive excellence in picking, packing, shipping, training, hiring, peak planning, labor management, and continuous process improvement. The Manager will oversee end to end order fulfillment, ensure accuracy and speed in all warehouse workflows, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. The role includes managing and developing warehouse teams, improving throughput, reducing errors, and partnering with cross functional teams to support seasonal scaling and long term operational growth. This role is fully on site five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all daily warehouse operations across picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, receiving, and inventory flow

Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure consistent performance and operational excellence

Hire and schedule staff using effective labor planning models that balance cost, service level, and productivity

Own peak season planning including staffing forecasts, workflow planning, and daily throughput management

Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction

Maintain strict adherence to all safety practices and ensure OSHA compliant operations

Monitor KPIs and use data to drive decisions in productivity, quality, and cost control

Partner with Engineering and Technology teams on continuous improvement, automation opportunities, and implementation of new tools

Ensure a clean, organized, and well maintained facility that supports fast and accurate fulfillment

Qualifications

Seven or more years of warehouse management or distribution center leadership experience

Demonstrated success managing picking, packing, and shipping operations with measurable improvements in speed and accuracy

Strong supervisory and people leadership skills with the ability to motivate high performing teams

Proven expertise in operational planning, peak scaling, and labor forecasting

Experience designing and implementing training programs that elevate performance and standardize workflows

Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills

Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts and continuous improvement practices

Deep understanding of warehouse safety standards and requirements

A track record of operational excellence in a fast paced environment
