Make $200–$225 per hour. Immediate opening through Aya Locums. Pay for 17 weeks starting 01‑13‑26.

Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Start Date: 01‑13‑26
Length: 17 weeks
Shift Coverage: Scheduled + No Call
Shift Schedule: Standard 5, 10‑hour 19:00–07:00
Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care: preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, postoperative pain management.
Collaborate with surgeons, surgical teams, and other providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthetic plans as needed.
Respond to emergencies and deliver critical care interventions.
Maintain accurate, complete medical records.
Stay current on anesthesia practice through continuing education.
Skills
Clinical expertise in anesthesia techniques.
Critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration in a surgical team.
Attention to detail and adaptability to changing patient conditions.
Strong work ethic, stamina, and ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
Minimum Education Requirements
MSN or DNP from an accredited CRNA program.
License & Certifications
Unencumbered APRN license in Arizona.
National certification as a CRNA (NBCRNA).
Experience
Prefer at least one year of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting.
