Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Executive role located in San Jose, CA. The Project Executive will develop, sell, oversee and manage various building automation projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Daily responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets and resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, and addressing any project challenges. Additionally, the role requires leadership in guiding project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that projects align with organizational goals for energy efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
7+ years in Sales, project development, and customer resource experience
7+ years in Project Management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and project execution
Experience in Building Automation Systems, Controls, and Energy Management
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in relevant project management tools and building automation software
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy efficiency standards in building systems is an advantage
Experience managing large-scale projects, particularly within the building automation industry, is a plus
