Physical Therapist – Brooklyn, NY
Base Pay Range: $86,351.00/yr - $103,622.00/yr
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Responsibilities:
Direct patient care and physical treatment for adult patients.
Establish short- and long-term rehabilitation goals based on individualized treatment plans.
Measure progress toward achieving goals and adjust treatment as needed.
Instruct patients and caregivers in activities to be performed between treatments and after discharge.
Coordinate and communicate care plans and findings with Rehabilitation Supervisors, physicians, and other disciplines as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Minimum of one year of experience providing therapy treatments in a healthcare setting.
Registered and licensed Physical Therapist in NY State.
Valid CPR certification.
