Schedule:

Full‑Time, 40 hours weekly

Compensation:

$90,000–$115,000+ annually (depending on experience) + up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities

Provide daily management and supervision of services at the assigned center.

Possess a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development, and facilitate team dynamics and efficient facility functions.

Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.

Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identify key indicators and influence upon them.

Communicate with the Regional Director on an ongoing basis and provide clinical and operational performance updates.

Successfully complete educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.

Maintain current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Have a minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting; supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

Current and valid New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Minimum of three years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Ability to manage staff and financial operations of an outpatient center.

Strong communication skills for collaborating with the Regional Director and the community.
