We are partnering with a fast‑growing healthcare technology business that is reshaping how providers, partners, and consumers interact across payments, care delivery, and vendor management. The platform spans three revenue lines and combines SaaS, services, and tech‑enabled workflows to increase efficiency in a rapidly expanding market.
Backed by a well‑known private equity firm, the company is scaling quickly. They are at roughly $15 M ARR today and targeting $30 M within two years. With major initiatives underway across forecasting, commercial alignment and financial systems, this is a key hire at a pivotal moment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands‑on environment and wants to make an immediate impact within a PE‑backed structure.
About the Role As Senior Director of FP&A, you will be the strategic financial partner driving forecasting, planning and long‑term modeling. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape how the business scales and have a clear path to VP of Finance within two to three years.
You will own the forward‑looking financial engine of the company while working cross‑functionally with product, sales, operations and the executive team. You will also lead the implementation of a dedicated FP&A software platform to complement the current HubSpot CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Own forecasting, budgeting and long‑term modeling as the business doubles ARR
Partner with the CFO and executive team on strategic planning and financial decisions
Build board‑ready reporting tailored to a PE‑backed environment
Develop scalable processes for revenue, expense and headcount planning
Lead implementation of an FP&A system and improve integrations with HubSpot and other tools
Support pricing, go‑to‑market work and scenario analysis
Help build out the finance function as the company expands
What We Are Looking For
Strong FP&A and financial modeling background in SaaS or recurring revenue
Proven experience building forecasting models, dashboards and scalable reporting
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
Comfortable in a PE‑backed setting with exposure to investors
Experience supporting multi‑revenue or complex monetization models
Ambition to grow into a VP of Finance or CFO role
Excellent modeling/forecasting skills
Experience in PE or VC backed scale‑ups
Nice to Have
Private equity experience
