Director of Pharmacy Integrations and Solutions , you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of pharmacy technology integrations and dispensing solutions across the Consonus Pharmacy enterprise. This role ensures seamless alignment between operational workflows, customer-facing systems (eMARs, dispensing technology, automation), and the internal pharmacy platforms that support patient safety and service excellence.

You will partner closely with pharmacy operations, IT, and vendor partners to deliver technology-driven improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and customer experience. Acting as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution, this role drives innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement in all integration-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of Central Operations and pharmacy leadership regarding new technology opportunities and integration readiness.

Lead prioritization and resource planning for integration and solution initiatives across all pharmacy locations.

Oversee the evaluation, design, and implementation of customer-facing eMAR integrations, ensuring standardization and accuracy across all partner systems.

Direct the deployment and optimization of dispensing and automation technologies (e.g., ADC, etc.).

Identify and implement pharmacy workflow improvements leveraging technology, automation, and data insights.

Lead root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement projects related to integration performance or system defects.

Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of integration and solution analysts.

Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and transparency.

Serve as the primary liaison with technology vendors, integration partners, and customers for all integration-related projects.

Negotiate and manage vendor deliverables, ensuring system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, technology integration, or systems implementation; long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.

Strong understanding of eMAR systems, pharmacy software (Framework, ECM, or similar), and HL7/NCPDP data exchange.

Exceptional project management and communication skills.

Lean Management or change management training/experience (preferred).

Ability to work in‑office in Milwaukie, OR, and travel to other pharmacies located in WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, MN, IA, NE.
