Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Clinical Director based in Chandler, AZ, with flexibility for in person and virtual work. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, provide clinical supervision to staff, and ensure adherence to mental health and behavioral health standards. The role involves managing and supporting clinical staff, implementing therapeutic interventions, and maintaining the highest level of care for clients. The Clinical Director will also collaborate with the wider Lifeologie network to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Mental Health, Psychology, and Behavioral Health principles

Experience with clinical supervision and managing therapists

Knowledge and application of evidence-based practices in mental health care

Licensed mental health professional credentials (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, PhD) required

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment that includes in‑office and remote responsibilities
