Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or a relevant PhD degree.
Experience building and deploying artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Experience developing and deploying AI agents or intelligent systems.
Preferred Qualifications
4 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or a relevant PhD degree.
Ability to craft engaging and compelling narratives in verbal and written communications for internal and external clients (e.g., executive stakeholders).
Ability to manage multiple projects with engaging priorities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $141,000–$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Compensation depends on location, skills, and experience. Benefits information can be found at Google.
Responsibilities
Work on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), metric development, data prototyping, and insight generation using statistical techniques.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, User Experience Research, and Operations teams to identify focus areas.
Identify and solve ambiguous problems, uncover insights that drive operational, product, and marketing excellence.
Ensure users receive excellent product and service experiences.
