Position Overview The Director of Key Accounts, AMR will be an instrumental part of the Key Accounts team, assisting in executing retention (NRR), upsell, and cross‑sell (Performance to SaaS conversion) strategies across named accounts in the AMR region. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders (CS, Services, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Partnerships) to ensure alignment with company goals set by senior management and establish direct relationships with key external stakeholders, representing the company as a strong commercial partner in the market.
Work Location & Structure This is a hybrid role. Employees are required to work from the Manhattan office 2 days a week.
Purpose of the Role
The mission of the Key Accounts team is to maximize the renewal, expansion, and enterprise value of the company's largest and most strategic accounts worldwide.
In line with our corporate goal of accelerating growth, this role will seek to retain and grow a subset of our company’s most important accounts, focusing on the commercial relationship so CS & Services can invest in operational excellence and delivery of SLAs.
As a Director, the role requires ongoing collaboration and communication with other members within the Key Accounts team and the CS & Services organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert on client agreements and own the renewal process on all named Key accounts.
Develop and execute a renewal pipeline to ensure proactive commitments from the client base for continued retention.
Assist the SVP Global Key Accounts in developing a pipeline for upsell opportunities and converting client contract structures to SaaS fee (vs performance).
Develop “win‑win” retention strategies in collaboration with key internal stakeholders and clients.
Become an expert on our platform and products to effectively communicate benefits and sell potential new features.
Present clear, measurable commercial value and ROI to Key Accounts.
Communicate Key Account strategies and go‑to‑market (GTM) opportunities to global brands seeking to enter or accelerate in the region.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Use client feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools for the entire client base.
Work across Partnerize teams to ensure client-specific needs are met in existing products.
Share industry knowledge across all teams.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's Degree.
5–10 years of experience in the digital or affiliate space.
Experience crafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing comprehensive commercial agreements.
Experience in both business development and operations.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience building lasting relationships internally and externally.
Experience developing and executing strategy at a corporate and departmental level.
Strong organizational skills to provide clear direction to the team and senior leadership.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Salesforce.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
