What you’ll get to do
Build the US customer base in one of our newest and most exciting regions.
Handle warm customer leads generated in‑house and develop and execute the sales process from acquisition to presentation to closing.
Become an expert on the product and on the needs of your customers.
Collaborate with other departments and develop your own style of pitching and negotiating, taking into account our diverse customer segments.
Among other things you will
Prospect and cold call potential clients as part of outreach strategy.
Drive acquisition of new B2B customers and develop existing customers in the region (developers, construction and engineering companies, architects, property owners and facility managers).
Conduct product demonstrations (both online and in‑person) and help potential clients onboard the software.
Have a sharp understanding of data when reporting results.
Be responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue.
Bring a responsible, accurate and results‑driven working style to the team.
Who you are
Proven track record in sales and enjoys pitching, presenting and negotiating deals.
Sociable, sales‑oriented and flexible.
Enjoys traveling for work and has a valid U.S. driver’s license.
Love to learn and can motivate yourself to achieve within a busy B2B sales team.
Has experience with (or is interested in) the IT, construction or real estate industries.
Excellent spoken and written business English skills.
Very tech‑savvy and quick to pick up new software.
