Interior Talent
Sales Representative | San Francisco, CA | Hybrid Working Style | Full Time
We’re hiring for our client, a global luxury brand renowned for its artistry, craftsmanship, and collaborations with the world’s leading interior designers and architects. This is an opportunity to join a respected, design-forward company at the intersection of creativity and commerce — where tradition meets innovation and every project tells a story.
About the Role As the Sales Representative for the San Francisco market, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the residential, contract, and hospitality sectors. You’ll build meaningful relationships with the A&D community, present beautifully crafted products, and guide clients through every stage of the sales process — from inspiration to installation.
Success in this role means combining an entrepreneurial mindset with a deep appreciation for design. You’ll thrive in a collaborative yet self-directed environment where initiative, persistence, and polish are valued and rewarded.
Working Style & Culture You’ll join a collaborative, supportive, and independent team that values accountability, discipline, and creativity. This hybrid role offers autonomy to manage your territory with flexibility while being supported by an engaged regional and national network.
The Role
Grow the Market: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the San Francisco and surrounding markets.
Engage the A&D Community: Schedule and lead presentations, lunch & learns, and showroom visits with architects and interior designers.
Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships with trade clients through trust, service, and consistent communication.
Own the Sales Cycle: Manage quoting, sampling, order processing, and post-sale follow-up with precision and care.
Stay Active in the Industry: Represent the brand at local events, trade shows, and networking functions to elevate visibility and influence.
Collaborate & Report: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, while maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM records.
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience within the design, architecture, or trade-related industry.
A proven track record of driving sales growth and closing complex design projects.
Strong presentation skills and confidence speaking to clients at all professional levels.
A hunter mentality — proactive, self-motivated, and energized by building new business.
Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Why Join This is more than a sales role — it’s a chance to represent a heritage brand admired for its craftsmanship, sustainability, and commitment to excellence. You’ll connect with some of the most talented designers in the world and contribute to projects that redefine luxury interiors.
