SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking an accomplished, forward-thinking to lead the company’s strategic sales direction, drive market expansion, and accelerate revenue growth.

Duties Or Responsibilities

Develop, communicate, and execute the company’s long-term revenue growth strategy in alignment with overall vision and objectives Lead market diversification efforts, expanding into Power Generation, Chip Manufacturing and Data Center markets while maintaining a strong presence in core markets Identify, prioritize, and penetrate high-value accounts and strategic partnerships within target industries Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities, adjusting strategies to maximize market share Build and manage a high-performance sales organization capable of delivering aggressive revenue targets Define clear sales KPIs and establish a disciplined pipeline management process, ensuring accurate forecasting and accountability at all levels Utilize advanced sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to track performance, measure ROI of sales resources and optimize resource allocation Develop and execute salesperson incentive and compensation plans designed to drive high performance and reward achievement

Experience And Qualifications

15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the industrial services sector, with at least 5 years in executive-level roles Proven track record of market expansion beyond established customer bases Deep understanding of industrial markets, including refining, petrochemical, power generation, and large capital projects Experience in AI, data analytics and strategic development Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance sales teams with clear, measurable KPIs Expertise in sales analytics, ROI measurement, CRM utilization, and sales enablement tools Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills Experience designing and implementing incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred PLEASE NOTE: We try to respond to everyone who applies for our jobs, but in periods of high activity it may not be possible.
