Responsibilities
Manage and promote Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal partners to enhance communication and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience
3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care, psychology, or neurology sales experience
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as the position requires frequent driving
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution
Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Strong project management skills and analytical thinking capabilities
Proven ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams
