MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Enterprise Architect (mid-level) to join our USMC contract out of Quantico, VA. MANTECH assists Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) in ensuring that material solutions are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission.

Responsibilities

Develop DoDAF 2.02 and Marine Corps compliant architectures.

Extend Architecture tool schemas to satisfy Marine Corps Enterprise and Solution architecture development and data requirements.

Provide architectural and technical subject matter expertise to all architecture development projects, communicate architectural decisions, and mentor other technical staff.

Participate in the collaborative process of identifying and capturing architecture data with engineers, technical subject matter experts, and IT standards personnel.

Promote and educate stakeholders on the use and value of architecture.

Support Enterprise and Solution architecture-related technical and strategy discussions.

Prepare and maintain technical systems or program documentation, comment resolution matrices, presentations, and training material.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of related DoDAF Architecture experience.

Extensive experience with MagicDraw, Systems of Systems Architecture, and Cyber Systems Engineer.

Familiarity with one or more of: UML, SysML, UAF, UPDM, IDEF.

Superior written and oral communication skills.

Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and influence others to achieve desired results for the project.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Marine Corps Systems Engineering Processes, including the relationship between MCSC and DC, CD&I, and familiarity with the MCSC Acquisition Guidebook.

Technical education related to data modeling, systems engineering, machine learning and predictive analysis, agile software development, or simulation.

Knowledge of Marine Corps operations, concepts, practices, procedures, systems and interfaces.

Understanding of Systems integration/API development, automated bulk export/import, and the ability to perform impact assessments.

Clearance Requirements

Must have an active Secret Clearance.

Physical Requirements

This job largely operates in a professional office environment.

Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
