QuickBase Developer & Process Consultant Work Location: Dallas, TX. This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and resourceful QuickBase Developer & Process Consultant to join our Digital team. This role is responsible for actively participating in the end-to-end design and improvement of critical business processes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, map workflows, and drive process optimization. In addition to process design responsibilities, the role will lead the development, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of the QuickBase application to ensure it effectively supports the newly defined processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and communication skills with hands‑on technical expertise in QuickBase, enabling seamless translation of business needs into robust, user‑friendly solutions.

Key Roles And Responsibilities Process Engineering and Workflow Automation

Design, build, and enhance QuickBase applications to support business operations and process automation.

Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Ensure workflows align with organizational goals and improve cross-team collaboration.

Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for applications, processes, and project work to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.

Tool Integration and Maintenance

Customize and configure tools to meet the specific needs of teams and departments.

Maintain and update tools to ensure consistent performance and usability.

Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for users.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

Act as a subject matter expert for QuickBase, providing training and guidance as needed.

Ensure all tools and dashboards are aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.

Stay up-to-date on the latest features and capabilities of QuickBase and similar tools.

Qualifications And Requirements Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience

3+ years of experience working with process engineering tools like QuickBase.

Proven track record of creating actionable dashboards and designing efficient workflows.

Technical Skills

QuickBase expertise in configuring process workflows, automating tasks, and customizing tool functionalities.

Familiarity with integrating APIs and third‑party tools is a plus.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation Salary Range: $143,800.00 - $215,800.00

Weekly Hours: 40
