Solutions Architect

to join our growing Technology team. Beyond interpreting business problems and building technical solutions, this role will contribute to the strategic vision for how technology can enable organizational change and competitive differentiation. You’ll shape and evangelize enterprise‑wide architecture principles, mentor peers, and partner with teams to translate business strategy into consistent technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a thought leader providing guidance to teams on implementing architectural patterns and standards to elevate architectural maturity

Collaborate with team members, technical resources, and business stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications

Assess, select and recommend the optimal set of technologies (as part of a solutions architecture) to develop a particular solution

Create and articulate solutions architecture artifacts that clearly demonstrate the key architectural decisions, patterns and technologies within a proposed solution

Develop and socialize reusable enterprise design patterns, reference architectures, prototypes and POCs to accelerate delivery and standardize practices.

Evaluate current‑state systems and enable teams to migrate legacy platforms to target‑state in incremental, low‑risk waves

Effectively communicate with stakeholders on options, risks, trade‑offs and constraints associated with architectural recommendations

Ensure compliance with non‑functional requirements (security, scalability, reliability, performance, usability) through architecture reviews

Stay current on emerging technologies and propose relevant changes to the existing architecture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and developing software solutions.

Proven experience driving enterprise‑level transformation, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption planning.

Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native platforms and distributed systems; must have contributed to at least two full‑scale enterprise implementations.

Strong background in architecture governance within Agile and DevOps frameworks.

Deep understanding of microservices, API‑first design, and modern application frameworks.

Familiar with tools and technologies including CI/CD pipelines, containers and orchestration, event‑driven architectures, and identity management platforms.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Technical Experience

Hands‑on experience with

Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate), Python, Node.js, or equivalent backend language.

Strong front‑end development skills using

Angular 16+ ,

Bootstrap , or equivalent frontend framework.

Build and integrate APIs in distributed environments.

Utilize

AWS services , including

EKS, ECS, S3, EC2, or equivalent cloud services.

Lead the development of: Reference architectures and Proofs of concept (POCs) to accelerate delivery and promote consistency.

Guide teams in secure identity and access management practices using

Azure AD / Entra ID

and

Auth0 .

Bring familiarity with modern data streaming platforms such as

Kafka .

Communicate architectural decisions, trade‑offs, and technical constraints effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
