Base Pay Range $75.00/hr - $85.00/hr

Location: 100% Remote, must be based in the United States.
Duration: Long term contract. 12-84 months +
Interview: Possibly 2 rounds of virtual interviews.
The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
Our direct client is looking for a polished, well-spoken individual who has experience working with PAM Accounting Software as it relates to Securities/Investments.
Great opportunity to work with our institutional investment firm in Boston.
Key Responsibilities
Verify Accuracy.
Analyze load failure.
Provide application support to internal PAM customers.
Analyze problems, answer questions and provide training related to the software.
Identify and test workarounds for bugs or deficiencies in the software.
Research issues dealing with third party software used as components of the software.
Follow a standard set of procedures and methods when responding to customer requests or inquiries.
Conduct research on questions and issues using available information resources and other product specialists.
Required Skills
5+ years of application support experience in the financial services domain.
Experience supporting State Street’s PAM product – previously produced by Princeton Financial Systems.
SMS Set ups, and how they translate into yield calculations.
Understanding of security master data.
