Account Manager Passenger Services - Sun Country
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Swissport as an Account Manager Passenger Services. Swissport is a global leader in aviation services, delivering Ground Handling, Cargo Handling, and Passenger Services to over 300 million passengers annually. As an Account Manager, you will oversee the daily operations from an administrative and operational standpoint, ensuring passenger service staff meet customer airline targets while complying with all Swissport and customer procedures and regulations. You will also manage Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the station with an objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft and equipment damage, and act as the primary point of contact with customer and passenger service managers for assigned accounts.
Expected pay rate is $26.50/hour. Full‑time employees receive a range of health and wellness benefits, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation time, sick leave, and company paid holidays.
Your activities
Supervise and control staff scheduling, reporting and absences.
Control daily staff payroll, hours, exceptions and overtime.
Monitor personnel appearance and compliance during the operation.
Maintain applicable safety and quality standards.
Maintain and update company manuals and documentation.
Enter daily hours into FSC.
Manage overall discipline, conduct, performance and morale.
Ensure that all assigned work is completed correctly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Conduct a full investigation for each irregularity and submit appropriate written reports.
Capture and maintain Key Performance Indicators.
Your profile
University degree or equivalent.
5 years of leadership experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Extensive airport operational experience.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook.
Knowledge of AE, FSC, SWP point system preferred.
Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing people.
Above‑average ability to work under pressure.
Flexible to work different schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Previous Swissport account supervisor experience a plus.
