What You Will Do
Ensure associates deliver friendly, professional, and timely customer service.
Monitor performance, profitability, and flow-through of store plans and programs.
Champion and implement strategic asset protection plans to improve safety and security outcomes.
Manage overall store operations including expenses, merchandising, compliance, safety, security, and workforce.
Develop and coach talent, execute sales and service strategies, analyze data to inform store-specific strategies.
Act as Lowe’s brand ambassador for the community.
Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, it may require occasional travel to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.
What We’re Looking For
Salaried. Generally scheduled for 48 hours; more hours may be required based on business needs.
Requires availability any day of the week: morning, afternoon, and evening.
Physical ability to perform tasks with prolonged standing or sitting.
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience leading associates in a large retail environment with sales volume over $20 million annually, OR 5 years of experience in the same setting.
5 years of experience working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Experience building and maintaining cross‑functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
Experience building partnerships within the community.
Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
Experience managing in a big‑box home improvement retail industry.
If the state or local municipality requires a salesperson license for this position, you must be licensed or pass the requisite licensing exam within 60 days of starting employment.
Pay Range: $118,000.00 – $177,100.00 annually. Starting rate of pay may vary by position, location, education, training, and experience.
