Overview The Sr Professional - Project Management role will be responsible for creating project plans for client onboardings. This person will serve as the primary contact regarding client onboarding workstreams. This role will report directly to the Project Management Lead and will work closely with business analysts, developers and the external client team. You will also collaborate with multiple Publicis Groupe agencies on delivering results for the client and driving success for this Power of One account. This role is Chicago based.

How You’ll Make an Impact The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for driving client onboardings, improving operational workflows, mitigating risk, and aiding in improving the client onboarding process. By aligning projects with strategic priorities, this role ensures that critical programs deliver measurable value to the organization and its collaborators.

Drive cross-functional collaboration: By collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners, this role ensures projects align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value across the organization.

Enhance operational efficiency: Through structured planning, process optimization, and resource management, project managers reduce inefficiencies and streamline workflows.

Errors/Risk Reduction: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize reworks on the client-side, work with cross teams to ensure seamless and timely delivery of client onboardings.

Successfully lead sophisticated, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.

Who You Are This is a senior-level position responsible for leading enterprise operations projects that impact multiple business units. The role requires strong leadership, advanced project management expertise, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Reporting to the Enterprise Operations leadership team, the Sr. Project Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner for central initiatives. Demonstrate strong communication skills by conveying information clearly to collaborators, while actively listening and applying effective negotiation techniques.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level projects.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

Communicate effectively with partners and executive leadership.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)

PMP or equivalent project management certification

Minimum 7+ years of experience managing large-scale projects in enterprise environments

Proven track record to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

Base Salary: $120,000 - $137,500

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
