What You’ll Do
KPI Ownership & Reporting: Take full ownership of key business Performance Indicators (KPIs), including their definition, calculation, consistent monitoring, and executive-level reporting.
Analytical Capability Development: Proactively identify, design, and implement new analytical capabilities by translating complex data problems into easily understandable and repeatable solutions.
Data Storytelling & Communication: Serve as the primary translator between data, technology, and business teams, building impactful visualizations and communicating complex findings in a simple, clear, and engaging manner for any audience.
Dashboard Expertise: Design, build, and maintain a robust suite of production-level business dashboards primarily using Tableau, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and user adoption.
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative discipline required; Master's degree preferred; Equivalent experience will be considered.
7-10 years of expert-level experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting regarding data.
Technical capabilities including expert-level proficiency with SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
Deep, demonstrated expertise in designing, maintaining, and optimizing production dashboards using Tableau.
What Could Set You Apart
Expertise with Python or R for advanced data manipulation, statistical analysis, and experience developing ML models/proofs-of-concept.
Experience in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem and familiarity with tools like Vertex AI.
Familiarity with Agile and other project management methods.
