Partner directly with cross‑functional leaders across marketing, sales, product, analytics, and finance teams to drive cohesive strategies that ensure a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience across products, solutions and markets. Work at the intersection of customer‑facing and product teams to create the “art of the possible” narrative for Atlassian’s customers seeking to unleash the power of their teams. Create improvements in business operations, as the GTM team continues to refine Atlassian’s innovative business model by leveraging Atlassian’s industry‑leading flywheel model to hyper‑scale enterprise growth. Qualifications
6+ years experience in business operations, strategy, product, go‑to‑market / sales strategy, monetization, strategic finance, or similar. Expertise in go‑to‑market domains including marketing. Top‑notch problem‑solving and analytical capabilities, including comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring a structured approach to decision‑making. Understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise marketing & sales. Excellent verbal & written communication skills with all levels of an organization. Compensation
