Sr Director of Marketing
About the Role We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on Director‑of‑E‑Commerce to lead the digital business for a fast‑growing, celebrity‑led fashion brand. The ideal candidate is a data‑driven leader with strong creative sensibilities — someone who understands how to build a high‑performing online experience that feels as elevated and intentional as the brand itself.
You’ll oversee the full e‑commerce ecosystem — from site experience and conversion strategy to product launches, merchandising, and digital marketing alignment. You’ll work cross‑functionally with teams to deliver a seamless and high‑impact online experience.

Partner closely with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure site storytelling reflects brand vision and campaign priorities
Collaborate with Growth Marketing on digital traffic strategy, paid and organic initiatives, and full‑funnel performance
Oversee UX optimization and CRO testing to improve key metrics (CVR, AOV, LTV). Oversee third‑party developers and manage site roadmap to consistently improve user experience

Deep understanding of Shopify Plus (or equivalent), Klaviyo, GA4, and related e‑commerce tools
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing conversion, and elevating the online brand experience
Strong analytical mindset paired with an elevated creative eye
Collaborative, proactive, and highly organized — comfortable leading cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment

Hybrid schedule: 4 days per week in the Calabasas office, 1 day remote
Salary and benefits commensurate with experience
