CIPD Chartered Membership and a relevant postgraduate qualification.

Extensive experience in a senior HR role within a large, complex organisation (NHS experience desirable).

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and lead change effectively.

Exceptional communication, influencing and leadership skills.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
