This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in San Antonio, TX for a Director of Sales and Business Development. The role involves leading sales and business development initiatives, driving revenue growth, and building strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, leading and mentoring a high‑performing team, and fostering excellent customer relationships to achieve organizational goals. The Director will also analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and work to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations, including the ability to drive revenue and develop strategic plans.
Proven experience leading Business Development initiatives and identifying new market opportunities.
Exceptional ability in Team Management, including mentoring and motivating sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
Proficiency in Customer Service to strengthen client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Demonstrated leadership experience in sales and business development roles, with a track record of achieving measurable results.
Ability to work on‑site in San Antonio, TX, and travel as needed for business engagements.
